First class experience with stunning views.

The city views were stunning and the staff exceptionally friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable, especially during tapas time. However, the room could use some refurbishment and the pool was quite small and crowded at times, which was a bit disappointing.

Great snacks in the lounge but the rooms felt cramped for the price paid.

The stay was highly enjoyable, featuring exceptional service, a well-maintained facility, and stunning city views from my room. The business lounge offered an excellent selection of snacks and beverages, and breakfast was served on a high floor with panoramic views. The staff was particularly attentive and made significant efforts to cater to my needs during my business meetings.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and

helpful throughout our stay. The room we had was on the 26th floor, offering incredible city views. The only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway at night, which disrupted our sleep a bit.

Had an amazing 4-night family trip where the breakfast choices were top-notch, and the free open buffet from 9 am to 6 pm was a delightful surprise! We also enjoyed some serious relaxation time at the spa and took advantage of the outdoor pool, which was perfect for the kids. The only hiccup was that the air conditioning wasn't as cool as we hoped, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience. 🏖️

The Level Room could have benefited from more storage space for our belongings.

This hotel suits me perfectly with amazing amenities like 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and free wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my way, which I still remember. I highly recommend visiting the lounge for snacks. I'm coming back for a weekend!
